It is a personalized approach to healthcare where YOU as the patient are granted access to a membership model to gain enhanced access to your doctor and an elevated level of care that is not possible with traditional insurance.
This model of medicine brings back the doctor-patient relationship by affording you access to longer appointment times, same-day or next-day appointments, and 24/7 availability for urgent matters via phone, text, video chat or email.
Patients benefit from comprehensive preventative care, wellness programs and coordination of specialist referrals, all tailored to their individual needs. By creating Apex Concierge Health as a Direct Primary Care and Concierge practice, Dr. Miller is able to limit his patient panel to 1/4 of the traditional size, leading to more focused and unhurried care.
